Moreover, they were hardly available about 20 years ago. That is why I went to a gym where they practiced Olympic weightlifting to learn deadlifts.Then you will notice what a difference it makes whether you go to a regular gym where they just let you mess around or to a serious weightlifting school where good technique is taken seriously.In short, if possible, go to a gym where they practice Olympic weightlifting. If you can't, buy this book, watch videos and even better, record yourself and compare it to the videos you saw on YouTube!If you don't speak English very well, it helps to turn on the subtitles.
