When you bought PROBIOTICS that require a cold pack, we will delay shipping when temperatures soar over 30°C, until a cooler day.
For national deliveries of probiotics, we recommend to select 'pick-up at PostNL service point' as mail men are not required to deliver to neighbours even when that's permitted and may come back another day, which is not desireable for products to which coldpacks are added. Adding a note to the door with instructions may help.
International orders for probiotics, which are placed on Thursday or Friday that take more than 2 days to deliver, are only shipped by Monday in order to make same-week-delivery more likely.
