Moreover, they were hardly available about 20 years ago. That is why I went to a gym where they practiced Olympic weightlifting to learn deadlifts.Then you will notice what a difference it makes whether you go to a regular gym where they just let you mess around or to a serious weightlifting school where good technique is taken seriously.In short, if possible, go to a gym where they practice Olympic weightlifting.
