The Amino Liquid from Mammut is a concentrate of protein hydrolysate. Protein serves as a nutrient for the gain of the musculature and for the maintenance of the normal bones. The contained potassium contributes the maintenance and the normal muscle function.
The amino liquid is optimised with vitamin B6. Vitamins are essential nutrients. The body cannot develop them by itself, meaning they have to be fed through food or supplements. Vitamin B6 contributes the normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Also it supports the normal function of the nervous and immune system as well as the energy metabolism. A well functioning energy metabolism is important for energy production, which is important for the basic functions in the body. Furthermore, vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Mammut recommends a daily intake of 25 ml Amino Liquid pure or with water. A ideal consumption time is before or after the training. On days without training take 25 ml direct after getting up.
