Most orders are shipped by means of the parcel service of PostNL or DPD.
Orders that are to be shipped by PostNL and paid for before 4pm on Mon-Fri or noon on Sat are mostly delivered by the next work day!
Orders that are to be shipped by DPD mostly take one more work day, due to earlier shipping time of 10 am.
If you aren't at home, your parcel is delivered at one of your neighbours or brought to the pick-up location.
The mail man should leave a message in your mailbox where your parcel has been delivered (either neighbours or the PostNL service point).
When you would rather not have a parcel delivered at your home address or any neighbour, you can have it delivered at work and create another delivery address.
When you would prefer to have a parcel directly sent to a pickup location, you can make a choice between DPD or PostNL of which DPD is the cheapest option.
Belgium (Flanders and Wallonnie)
PostNL has the same fast delivery for Belgium as for the Netherlands and parcels that are paid for before 1600hrs are mostly delivered by the next work day. If you are not at home, the mail man will make another effort the next day or deliver it at one of your neighbours.
When the parcel was delivered elsewhere, you should receive a notice in your mail box.
For Belgium there is also an option to have an parcel sent by DPD. With DPD your order goes to a DPD-pick up location.
Orders can be shipped to your home address with PostNL, DPD or DHL with varying tariffs. You will receive a tracking number and be able to track it at the international tracking site of PostNL
When you prefer to pick-up your parcel at a DPD pick-up point, we can offer this for quite a few different countries and you will receive a tracking number as well as information from DPD by email.
Incidentally, we may ship with UPS when you prefer that courier service.
Since their rates are highly variable, we can only process those orders manually and give you a quote in advance.
With some exceptions, you are allowed to return most products after and get a refund for your purchases.
This is called the so-called 'cooling off period' as you may find in the terms and agreements article 6.
Apart from the usual exceptions like books, opened products and gifts, other exceptions are probiotics and items that are on SALE, and we will NOT grant a refund.
For items that are rightfully returned, we will grant a refund by means of reward points, to be used on a future purchase.
