CBD is is one out of 60 compounds that are found naturally in hemp (Cannabis sativa). From these 60 THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol) are the best known.
THC is the compound that gives users a 'high' but is also known for its beneficial health effects. CBD is less well known, if only because it doesn't share the same psycho-active effects of THC, but at the same time it shares many of the beneficial health effects.
what are the benefits from using CBD Oil?
• limiting nausea
• limiting stress
• anti-inflammatory agent
what distinguishes Vitae Sense CBD Oil?
Vitae Oil is produced from hemp by means of “Super Critical CO2 extraction”. This is the cleanest extraction method available to produce CBD oil. The required strength is reached by adding cold-pressed virgin olive oil.
Specific dosage advice
There is much confusion over what constitutes the correct dose for CBD Oil. The dose recommended by Vitae Sense is 12mg of CBD, above and below which most experience less effect. It may be that you as an individual need either a lower or higher dose, especially when you weigh less or more than the 'standard' individual or when you are overly sensitive.
Start with a low dose and build up gradually. As soon as you feel the optimal dose has been reached, lower the dose again to see whether 1 drop less gives the same result.
Lower concentrations are also suitable for pets. In that case, start with one drop and add more if needed.
Some supplements are suitable for both men and women of all ages as well as children. But other supplements are specifically targeted to the aging woman or man. Another supplement is especially suitable for athletes, regardless of gender.

Which nutritional supplements can you give to your pet?
Just as many pet parents are paying more attention these days to the quality of food they feed their companion animals, they are also realizing the potential benefits of nutritional supplements.
Supplements are becoming more and more recognized as a valuable component of a comprehensive care program for pets.
The primary categories for supplements include joint support, skin and coat health, GI tract health, and liver and kidney support. A less well-known but equally important type of supplement supports healthy circulation, optimal immune function, the healthy presence of oxygen in tissues, and cardiovascular health.
History of conventional cancer treatmentsThere isn't a single person alive who hasn't experienced how a family member or loved one died because of cancer.
For myself this was most dramatically present in my mom and her sister who both developed breast tumors in the late 70s.
While my aunt chose to get treated conventionally, my mom chose the other path and went to a doctor who practiced an alternative diet-based therapy. In the end both died, my aunt of breast cancer, and my mom of a massive heart attack when her (then considered) atypical symptoms were unrecognized in hospital.
Since then I've been watching with both disgust and admiration how science has ben progressing. Disgust because conventional science kept ignoring the positive impact alternative medicine, along with diet and lifestyle can have on health. Admiration because of the major advances that have been made using ever less disruptive and dangerous approaches.
While it sometimes may seem as if cancer is a modern disease, nothing could be further from the truth. Cancer occurrences have been noted throughout history.
Nootropics, what are they and how do they work?Nootropics is the accepted term for substances that enhance learning and memory function.
Nootropics work in various ways depending on the characteristic of the substance.
Some work by enhancing oxygen transport to the brain, an improved energy turnover in the brain, better neurotransmitter availability, or enhancing the creation of other substances that influence brain activity.
What is CBD Oil and how does it work?CBD is the name of a compound called cannabidiol that is found in the cannabis plant. CBD is one of numerous compounds found in the plant that are called cannibinoids. Researchers have been looking at the potential therapeutic uses of CBD.
Oils that contain concentrations of CBD are known as CBD oil, but the concentration and uses of different oils vary. CBD oil is a cannabinoid derived from the cannabis plant.
Until recently, the most well-known compound in cannabis was delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). This is the most active ingredient in marijuana.Marijuana contains both THC and CBD, but the compounds have different effects.
THC is well-known for the mind-altering "high" it produces when broken down by heat and introduced to the body, such as when smoking the plant or cooking it into foods.>
CBD is not psychoactive. This means that it does not change the state of mind of the person who uses it. However, it does appear to produce significant changes in the body, and it may have medical benefits.
Misconceptions about drug abuse"Did you hear the news already? Rich Piana died last week!" exclaimed a good friend of ours. "Rich who??" was my response. Then it dawned on me he was speaking of the same person about whom I had been reading the other day and of which I only remembered his face and enormous physique.
Rich Piana, who had a large group of followers on Youtube and Instagram, as he had a most bizarre amount of muscles and was famous for his grueling workouts.
Almost immediately everyone assumed he probably died due to overuse of steroids and associated muscle-building products.
It is not so weird to assume this as the amount of bodybuilders, who haven't lived past 50 years is staggering, because of the ever more dangerous means of attaining a muscular physique that is bigger than that of other competitors in bodybuilding demand more lives every decade.
The burning desire to create even more muscle mass wins from common sense. When discussing his death people referred a very good documentary called:Bigger, Stronger and Faster. Yet, at a lower level, the sports of recreational bodybuilders, apparently is one of the safest sports around.
What causes fibromyalgia? While fibromyalgia is regarded as a 'modern disease' it has been around for much longer. The earliest description in the Western literature may be found in the book of Job : "My weary nights are filled with pain as though something were relentlessly gnawing at my bones.".
Winning the rat raceEven though some might not admit it freely but just about everyone is taking part of the rat race. It might be your job or just the mere fact you try to keep yourself afloat by paying off your or loans, making sure you don't end up eating from soup kitchens or worse, 'sleeping with fishes' like Luca Brasi. Even 'keeping up with the Joneses' can be stressful.
OCD?! Obsessive behaviourWhomever is actively dieting and counting calories for a prolonged period of time, may have been teased by friends of having OCD. Is counting calories obsessive behaviour?
For an obese person, it is is easier to simply cut calories by cutting entire food groups such as wheat, foregoing desserts, eat from smaller plates or fast intermittently.
For someone at a normal weight trying to get very lean it makes perfect sense to count calories as this requires far more precision.
adults: take the exact amount of drops until you have reached the desired dose and keep the oil underneath the tongue for as long as possible so the cannabinoids can be ingested sublingually. Determine the dosage yourself or as recommended by your health care specialist.
For the 5% concentration the generally recommended dose of 12mg is reached with 10 drops.
pets: start with one drop and only go up by one more drop. One drop of 1.2mg is meant for a 4kg pet, two drops for a 8kg pet.
